As a Category Insights Professional, you will be empowered to contribute to the development and execution of category strategies for all brands across retailers.
This role involves partnering with sales teams in customer engagement sessions, identifying growth initiatives during annual range review cycles, and providing data-led insights to drive marketing strategies across channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives within assigned financial parameters.
- Developing long-term category strategies through 3-year planning and innovation development processes.
- Identifying future category trends and assisting in the development of growth drivers through annual internal category planning.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in FMCG category management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills and experience using IRI/Nielsen Scan, IRI Shopper Panel data, and/or Quantium Checkout.
