National Account Manager - Corporate Grocery

Key to our commercial success is the role of a National Account Manager in the FMCG industry, responsible for managing corporate grocery accounts, building strong partnerships and driving growth through joint business planning.

This strategic position requires an experienced and motivated individual who can formulate and implement plans to achieve sales objectives and enhance profitability.

The responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and developing existing and new strategic relationships with corporate grocery customers.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Coordinating and executing customer joint business plans to maximize opportunities.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the channel.
  • Managing follow-ups for customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with the internal Category Manager to gain insights into customer needs and develop solutions based on channel requirements.
  • Developing initiatives to activate in the channel aligned to state-based plans supporting the introduction of new products and business channels using market insights.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment, managing corporate grocery accounts. You should also possess a results-driven mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with being self-motivated and proactive.
