Contract Operations Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Contract Operations Manager to join our organization. This role will be vital in ensuring contract operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing pre-contracts correspondence in collaboration with the Definitions Manager and Leads.
  • Lead the preparation, collation, and presentation of TOC submissions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and continually improve documentation templates and submission materials to support consistent and professional outputs.
  • Manage and update development registers, submission folders, and document control systems including Aconex and SharePoint.
  • Take clear and accurate minutes during meetings and workshops, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track submission deadlines and proactively follow up with key personnel to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the Definitions Manager with calendar management, reporting, and other administrative or coordination tasks.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Industry experience in building/engineering/infrastructure-related projects (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in contract and office coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to draft and review emails
