We are currently looking for an experienced Pre-Contracts Coordinator to offer efficient and effective contract tendering support to our Utilities division. This role will be based in Adelaide, SA and will be vital in ensuring contract operations run smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing pre-contracts correspondence in collaboration with the Definitions Manager and Leads.
  • Lead the preparation, collation, and presentation of TOC (Target Outturn Cost) submissions to SA Water and Program Management Committee (PMC).
  • Create, maintain, and continually improve documentation templates and submission materials to support consistent and professional outputs.
  • Manage and update development registers, submission folders, and document control systems including Aconex and SharePoint.
  • Take clear and accurate minutes during meetings and workshops, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track submission deadlines and proactively follow up with key personnel to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the Definitions Manager with calendar management, reporting, and other administrative or coordination tasks.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Industry experience in building/engineering/infrastructure-related projects (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in contract and office coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to draft and review emails
