The position we are seeking to fill involves driving transformation within contact centers across government agencies nationwide. As a strategic advisor, you will leverage your expertise to guide organizations in adopting Service Cloud Voice, streamlining operational costs, and enhancing customer experiences through AI-driven automation and digital self-service platforms.

About this Role:

  • Drive adoption of Service Cloud Voice across public sector organizations, focusing on contact center transformation.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close using a consultative and value-based approach.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Industry Specialists, and Customer Success teams to create tailored service solutions.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, particularly those influencing customer service and agent enablement through AI and automation.
  • Represent our organization at industry events, roundtables, and stakeholder engagements.

Your Background:

  • Proven success as an Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Deep understanding of the contact center environment, including emerging trends in voice, digital channels, agent enablement, and AI.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in customer service transformation, capable of influencing and educating both internally and externally.
  • Experience selling into the public sector or strong knowledge of government processes and buying cycles.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with solution engineers, product teams, and customer success.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage stakeholders from IT, operations, and executive levels.
