Leadership Role
This is a key leadership role that supports the Venue Manager in creating memorable moments for our guests and their team. This role unlocks unlimited career opportunities within our extensive network of venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and local guest experience by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives that enhance the guest experience.
- Build a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are.
Requirements
- Excellent hospitality leadership and operational experience with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Contagious passion for the guest experience and inspiring, coaching, and developing the team to achieve exceptional results.
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications or equivalent.
