High-Performance Consultant Role

Job Description:

As a high-performance consultant, you'll thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver exceptional results for clients. This role requires individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and building lasting impact.

You'll work closely with senior client executives and colleagues to develop sector-shaping programs that transform businesses and create competitive advantage.

Your expertise will be sought after by leading companies across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, banking, and finance.

You'll be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, or Auckland and serve clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Outstanding academic record and/or postgraduate degree
  • 5+ years of business management experience in reputable companies or institutes
  • Deep expertise in key industries such as oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, public sector, government agency, law, engineering, medicine, health, banking, and finance
  • Solid functional knowledge in strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing, and sales
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to untangle complex issues
  • Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills
  • Quantitative aptitude
  • Ability to take initiative and break new ground, creating opportunities for others and taking personal risks
