Opportunity to excel as a Coordinator

This role is responsible for day-to-day administration activities in support of Customer-facing teams within APAC/EMERU.

Closer collaboration with Customer Support Specialists ensures timely coordination and scheduling of Customer Support Technicians to attend projects across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Middle East regions.

This position ensures timely collation and distribution of documentation required for travelling employees, allocation of suitably-qualified CSTs to attend site projects, and completion of other team deliverables.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and timely completion;
  • Administrative experience in medium-to-large-scale organisations;
  • Highly-developed presentation and communication skills;
  • Ability to generate rapport quickly and establish good working relationships;
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office software.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Possession of a current QLD driver's licence.
