Electrical Inspections Governance and Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Inspections Governance and Compliance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and managing a continuous improvement program that enhances the effective delivery of the Electrical Inspection System Plan (ISP).

About this Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational delivery and performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and performing competency-based audit assessments.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage a continuous improvement program to enhance the effectiveness of the Electrical Inspection System Plan (ISP).
  2. Lead business modelling initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  3. Assess and report on operational delivery and performance to improve regulatory compliance.
  4. Perform competency-based audit assessments with participants.
  5. Contribute to the analysis of performance trends and development of improvements.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to write detailed reports to a high standard.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to the electrical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience within the electricity industry and/or other sectors.
  • Strong work management and delivery skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
