Electrical Inspections Governance and Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Inspections Governance and Compliance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and managing a continuous improvement program that enhances the effective delivery of the Electrical Inspection System Plan (ISP).
About this Role- This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills to make a meaningful contribution to our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational delivery and performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and performing competency-based audit assessments.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage a continuous improvement program to enhance the effectiveness of the Electrical Inspection System Plan (ISP).
- Lead business modelling initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Assess and report on operational delivery and performance to improve regulatory compliance.
- Perform competency-based audit assessments with participants.
- Contribute to the analysis of performance trends and development of improvements.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to write detailed reports to a high standard.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to the electrical industry.
- Demonstrated experience within the electricity industry and/or other sectors.
- Strong work management and delivery skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
