About this Role

This is a critical position that will play a key role in shaping our electrical inspections governance and compliance strategy.

  • Develop business modelling initiatives and communications for customer and stakeholder management.
  • Assess and report on operational delivery and performance, improving regulatory compliance.
  • Perform competency-based audit assessments with participants to maintain skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze performance trends and implement improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, the ability to write detailed reports, and an understanding of regulatory authority roles and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a continuous improvement program to enhance the effective delivery of the Electrical Inspection System Plan.
  • Deliver business modelling initiatives and communications to stakeholders.
  • Assess and report on operational delivery and performance.
  • Implement improvements based on performance trends analysis.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong work management and delivery skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly disciplined and self-starting individual.
