
Electrical Governance and Compliance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Governance and Compliance Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute towards ensuring effective delivery of the Electrical Inspection System Plan (ISP), as agreed with regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage continuous improvement programs to enhance the ISP, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Manage business modeling initiatives, including communications for customer and stakeholder management.
- Assess and report on operational delivery and performance to improve regulatory compliance.
- Perform competency-based audit assessments to align and maintain skills, knowledge, and competency among scheme participants.
- Contribute towards developing and implementing improvements, including scheduling and delivering work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related disciplines – essential.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to write detailed reports to a high standard.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to the electrical industry.
- Demonstrated experience within the electricity industry and/or others, with people, stakeholder, customer, and delivery experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with key stakeholders, peers, and the general community.
