Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a continuous improvement program to enhance the effectiveness of the electrical inspection system.
- Manage business modeling initiatives and communications for stakeholder management.
- Assess and report on operational delivery and performance to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Contribute towards delivering outcomes that meet inspectorate obligations.
- Perform competency-based assessments to maintain skills and knowledge.
- Support analysis of performance trends and develop improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to write detailed reports.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to the electrical industry.
- Self-discipline, strong work management, and delivery skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
