Electrical Governance and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Governance and Compliance Specialist to drive the effectiveness of our Electrical Inspection System Plan.
- As a key member of our team, you will oversee business development initiatives, assess operational performance, and conduct competency-based audits to maintain skills and knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and reporting skills are essential for this role.
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement program to achieve measurable outcomes against inspectorate obligations.
- Manage customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and project management skills.
- Analyse performance trends and implement improvements in work scheduling and delivery.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related disciplines is required.
- Demonstrated experience within the electricity industry, with expertise in people, stakeholder, customer, and delivery management is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with key stakeholders.
This is a mid-senior level position with a competitive salary package. The salary range is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, paid in Australian Dollars.
