Your Role
You will lead the execution of revenue and distribution strategies across the South Pacific region, focusing on maximizing Rev PAR, hotel occupancy, and room rates.
This includes driving secondary revenue streams such as food, beverage, and other property earnings, while continuously seeking ways to improve financial performance at each managed property.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist properties in proactively managing business into key market segments, with a primary emphasis on room revenue and secondary emphasis on F&B and other revenue streams.
- Oversee the revenue and distribution department, its team members, processes, policies, programs, and ongoing development.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to onsite property teams in relation to revenue & distribution management.
- Help develop, manage, and generate daily, weekly, monthly department performance reports for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain systems and procedures to minimize risk of potential legal action against the business.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term revenue management goals.
- Work with properties to develop, maintain, and amend accordingly their dynamic pricing modules to ensure effective yield management.
- Ensure properties implement appropriate inventory distribution strategies and maintain accurate rates and inventory allotments across all platforms.

Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management across multiple properties, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Track record of achieving revenue growth, analyzing data trends, and implementing effective pricing and distribution strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, revenue management systems, and IT-related tools, with a keen eye for detail and trend analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or collaboratively, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, drive change, and adjust to evolving business needs with professionalism and confidence.
