We are seeking an accomplished Cybersecurity Sales Leader to drive strategic selling and lead the growth of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of OT security, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to partner with peers to differentiate our solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise large organizations on OT security strategies and map our unique value proposition to their challenges.">
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their security challenges and highest priority business drivers.">
  • Develop custom portfolio demonstrations based on strong discovery questions and real insights.">
  • Partner with like-minded peers to build strong teams and share knowledge.">
  • Influence product directions and contribute to our growth and leadership.">
  • Maintain and develop our existing client base through regional marketing and direct sales activities.">
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities through prospecting and networking.">

Your Requirements:

  • ">
  • Sales experience in cybersecurity hardware, software, and services, with a focus on electric utility companies.">
  • Ability to craft custom demos versus delivering canned presentations.">
  • Confidence in leading discussions from a technical level to executive-level conversations.">
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.">
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 15% of the time).">

Your Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with network security technologies.">
  • Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP and network security concepts.">
  • Experience with enterprise-class operating systems at a security administration level.">
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST, IEC).">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of direct sales experience.">
  • CISSP, GIAC, CEH, or other security-related certifications.">
