Cloud Security Expert

We are seeking an expert in cloud security to join our team. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor.

About the Role:

  • Develop end-to-end value propositions for cloud security across Microsoft Security offerings.
  • Support customers through the adoption lifecycle to increase utilization of Microsoft security products.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos to propose high-level solutions and collaborate with Microsoft resources.
  • Align personal skilling with team goals; share expertise and contribute to IP creation to accelerate outcomes.
  • Lead architectural design sessions to build plans for implementing solutions in line with customer business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 4+ years experience on technical projects; technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.

This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft. You will help customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.
