The Senior People Data Analyst role is a pivotal position in our organisation, based at our Perth Central Park office.

This opportunity plays a critical part in empowering data-driven decision making across the People functions. The Senior People Data Analyst designs, develops, and delivers advanced analytics, dashboards, and insights that support strategic workforce planning, employee experience, inclusion and diversity, and corporate strategy.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools like Power BI or similar.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends and people metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data solutions and foster a culture of evidence-based decision making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualisation tools, and experience with HRIS systems and data.

Data Management

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

Technical Skills

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualisation tools, and experience with HRIS systems and data.

Education and Experience

Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
