About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Underwriter to join our team and contribute to the profitable growth of our Prestige Motor Insurance agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine effective pricing and policy negotiation for motor policies.
  • Manage Renewals, Endorsements, and New Business opportunities to achieve financial targets.
  • Maintain service level standards and adhere to best practices.
  • Liaise with brokers and business partners at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Insurance in Underwriting/Broking/Motor Claims.
  • Industry qualifications (minimum tier 2) or comparable experience.
  • Strong customer service focus with experience in intermediated distribution channels.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
