As a Service Technician, you will be an integral member of the Crosscom Technical Services team, collaborating closely with clients across diverse industries. You will work hands-on, understanding their needs, and setting them up for success. Your expertise will enable you to provide high-level customer service, optimise utilisation, and consult on the best technology solutions.

To excel in this role:

  • You should hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a client-facing environment in Radio, Wireless IP Networking, or Microwave technology (Analogue, P25, & DMR experience highly favorable) is essential.
  • A proven track record of exceptional customer service in a Technician/Service-based role is crucial.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate at all levels of business.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, fault-finding, and decision-making skills are vital in providing expert solutions under time-critical circumstances.
