CSE Crosscom, a leading provider of telecommunications solutions, seeks a skilled Service Technician to join their Technical Services team.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients across various industries, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver expert solutions. Key responsibilities include servicing, maintenance, and technical support for both new and existing clients.

We are looking for an individual with tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related fields, as well as experience working in a client-facing environment in radio, wireless IP networking, or microwave technology.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering or related field
  • Previous experience working in a client facing environment in either Radio, Wireless IP Networking or Microwave technology (Analogue, P25 & DMR experience highly favorable)
  • Experience in a Technician/Service based role, with a track record of high-level customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, fault finding and decision making around client's needs to provide expert solutions in sometimes time critical circumstances.
