About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Converting Property Management leads into sales
  • Working closely with the Sales Agents and Property Management teams to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Providing professional advice to clients on real estate matters
  • Arranging and conducting market appraisals to determine property values
  • Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone to convert leads into sales
  • Performing ad hoc administration duties to support the sales team
  • Leasing properties and handing over to the Property Management Team
Requirements
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Direct experience in a Business Development or Property Management role in Real Estate
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed in a sales environment
  • Ability to prospect and actively seek new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Valid driver's license
