Commercial Manager Position Summary
">The Commercial Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for maximizing commercial performance while managing business/project risk. This includes building contract sell-rates from first principles as part of pre-contract commercial pricing models and ensuring that all rates and prices for our services are prepared, analyzed, and reviewed to a high standard.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the Melbourne office, covering a portfolio of significant contracts & projects with a key major client within the oil and gas sector in Asia-Pacific.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize commercial performance while managing business/project risk (pre and post-contract)
- Build contract sell-rates from first principles as part of pre-contract commercial pricing model
- Commercialize sub-Business Group service offerings to support business growth and strategy
- Ensure compliance with relevant commercial/contracting policies
- Resolve disputes/claims and cash collection issues
- Embed effective commercial governance and assurance across the Contract
- Manage the tender governance process for the Contract
- Promote and demonstrate safety leadership behaviors
- Always act ethically and with utmost integrity
