We are seeking a qualified Clinical Care Manager to join our team at a rural aged care facility in Cobar, New South Wales.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care and compliance of the facility, leading and mentoring clinical staff, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing aged care facilities, clinical care experience in an aged care environment, and strong leadership skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with families, allied health providers, and external partners.

  • Lead and mentor clinical staff to ensure best-practice care
  • Promote culturally inclusive, person-centred care across the home
  • Implement and maintain compliance with Australian government standards and regulations
  • Promote a positive workplace culture with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with families, allied health, and external providers

The Clinical Care Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and achieve our goals.
