We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to fill a leadership position in our healthcare facility. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and compliance of our 44-bed aged care unit.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and mentoring clinical staff to ensure best-practice care delivery
• Implementing and maintaining compliance with AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards requirements
• Promoting a positive workplace culture with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with families, allied health professionals, and external providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience managing aged care facilities and a strong understanding of our core values, including relationship management, quality and accreditation standards, occupancy requirements, and assessment guidelines and principles.

You will also require exceptional written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skills.
