Job Opportunity: Clinical Care Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Registered Nurse to join the team in Cobar, New South Wales. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and compliance of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring clinical staff to ensure best-practice care
• Supporting culturally inclusive, person-centred care across the home
• Implementing and maintaining compliance with AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards
• Promoting a positive workplace culture with a focus on continuous improvement
• Working collaboratively with families, allied health, and external providers

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing aged care facilities
• Clinical care experience in an aged care environment
• A hands-on approach to clinical care and leadership to build empowered staff and a positive culture
• The willingness to cover shifts 'on the floor' in accordance with operational requirements to ensure roster compliance
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of our success drivers including relationship management, quality and accreditation standards, occupancy requirements and AN-ACC assessment guidelines and principles
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills
