Senior Aged Care Operations Manager

Our facility is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Care Manager to oversee the care and compliance for our aged care facility in New South Wales.
As a qualified, motivated, and experienced Registered Nurse, you will lead and mentor clinical staff to ensure best-practice care, promote a positive workplace culture, and implement and maintain compliance with AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring clinical staff to ensure best-practice care
- Supporting culturally inclusive, person-centred care across the home
- Implementing and maintaining compliance with AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Promoting a positive workplace culture with a focus on continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with families, allied health, and external providers
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing aged care facilities
- Clinical care experience in an aged care environment
- A hands-on approach to clinical care and leadership to build empowered staff and a positive culture
- The ability to cover shifts as required to ensure roster compliance
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of quality and accreditation standards, occupancy requirements and assessment guidelines and principles
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills
