
Supply Chain Forecast Specialist

This role offers a chance to shape the future of sales forecasting by developing and maintaining an 18-month rolling quantitative projection (QxP) based on customer-facing habits (CFH) statistical data, enriched at product level.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a QxP incorporating insights from CFH statistical data.
- Define enrichments for business insights such as promotions, won/lost customers, market dynamics, activations, etc.
- Collaborate with NPI Manager and CFH to define post-implementation plans and drive portfolio maintenance.
- Review constraints, define risks and opportunities, and incorporate them into the QxP as needed.
- Maintain the QxP by incorporating insights from performance, such as actuals vs. forecast.
- Execute and share plan-do-check-act cycle on Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Inventory, owning corrective actions.
- 3-5 years of experience in an operational supply chain planning role.
- Intimate understanding of make-to-stock/make-to-order business characteristics.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Experience with new product introduction processes and portfolio management.
- Analytical mindset and ability to distill disparate information elements into a cohesive plan.
- Good SAP IBP, APO, and ECC knowledge, S/4HANA experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, great stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Solution-oriented, structured, with a problem-solving mindset and a thinking-out-of-the-box mentality.
- Ability to work in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment; fluency in English is a must.
