We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to lead the forecasting function within allocated sales sectors, assisting supply chain functions to deliver customer expectations in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with sales teams, input new parts and market intelligence, support S&OP processes, and report on forecasting effectiveness.
  • Manage exceptional demand spikes, communicate and resolve issues, highlighting demand trends.
  • Assist National Demand Planning Manager in high-level analysis of Forecast and Inventory to improve current processes and delivered outcomes.
  • Provide support in identifying and implementing actions to improve Forecast Accuracy and Service Level performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar role using forecasting and demand planning tools.
  • Good understanding of forecasting and statistical methods.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, excellent relationship building skills across all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Excel.
