Water and Wastewater Project Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Project Lead to oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to completion.

As part of our senior leadership team, you will drive the development of systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality project delivery.

  • Lead engineering management for water and wastewater projects, ensuring designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Drive the development of solutions to complex problems and partner with clients and project teams to deliver innovative outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop the water and wastewater team through mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee engineering management for water and wastewater projects, from design to construction.
  2. Develop and implement systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure project success.
  3. Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  5. Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers, driving growth and excellence within the team.

About This Role:

We're looking for someone with proven experience in engineering management, particularly in the water and wastewater sector. A strong background in mechanical engineering is highly desirable, as is hands-on experience in contractor-side delivery.

You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, site managers, and construction teams, to ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction activities.
