The Future Generation Joint Venture presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction works.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing construction methodologies, programs, and safety management systems
  • Leading the delivery of packages including excavation, ground support, and fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) works
  • Coordinating with the wider project team to ensure seamless integration and timely completion of projects
  • Monitoring and reporting productivity and cost metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Procuring permanent materials and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant design, safety, quality, community, and environmental standards

Qualifications and requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or mining engineering
  • White Card certification
  • Driver's license
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in the civil construction industry on large-scale projects
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong understanding of program management, deadlines, and budget controls
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
