We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Home Lending Specialist to join our Mobile Lending Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Your role will involve creating personalized lending solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. You'll be required to travel frequently to meet with customers, assess their financial situations, and provide tailored advice on our home lending products.

We're looking for someone with a strong presence in the local community, who can build a credible personal brand and establish a strong referral partner network. If you're a stickler for detail, have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Travel frequently to meet with customers and assess their financial situations
  • Provide tailored advice on our home lending products
  • Build a strong presence in the local community and establish a credible personal brand
  • Establish a strong referral partner network
  • Ensure applications are compliant and checks are complete
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lending
  • Existing knowledge of Home Lending products and responsible lending legislation
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing rewarding relationships
  • Established networks within the community
  • Ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs
  • Ability to see the big picture for customers and provide holistic solutions
