**Job Opportunity: Clinician - Youth Enhanced Support Service (YESS)**
Role SummaryThis position involves providing comprehensive clinical case management to young people accessing the service.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions tailored to meet individual needs within a Recovery Framework.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
- Provide psychological and psychosocial interventions to support clients' recovery goals.
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work with full registration.
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical practice experience in mental health, providing high-quality triage and assessment.
