About the Position:

The key objective of this position is to provide expert legal guidance to a senior executive and lead policy development and regulatory functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic legal advice to senior management
  • Spearheading innovation in delivery of regulatory, compliance, and enforcement functions
  • Oversight of and responsibility for managing litigation initiated by the organization
  • Co-ordinating responses to policy developments across diverse stakeholders
