Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Advisor. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing commercially astute legal advice across the full project lifecycle, from bid and procurement, through financing and delivery, to long-term operations.

You will partner closely with commercial, technical, and project delivery teams to structure deals, manage risk, and ensure compliance across complex, high-value initiatives. This will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of project agreements, advising on project financing, risk allocation, and regulatory compliance, supporting the development and delivery of large-scale renewable generation and battery storage projects, managing legal aspects of claims and disputes, and providing strategic input into major commercial decisions and contract strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' PQE gained at a highly regarded law firm or in-house within the energy, infrastructure, or resources sectors;
  • Strong front-end project experience with a track record of advising on complex, high-value transactions;
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating large-scale infrastructure or energy project contracts;
  • Experience with renewable energy, battery storage, or other major energy infrastructure projects;
  • Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders;
  • The capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
