Job Overview

This role focuses on frontline advisory, triage and response for workplace health and safety incidents. You will contribute to regulatory outcomes and lessons learned for industry and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to team members
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and procedures
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Create and maintain rosters and systems for timely management of incident notifications
  • Financial management and procurement
  • Administrative support for enforceable undertakings programs
Requirements to be Successful
  • Be a resilient self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders
  • Strong skills across Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work in a team and share information to achieve outcomes
  • Commitment to customer service
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in administration and customer service
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
