Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Advisor to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans.

About the Role
  • This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment practices including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance and on-boarding.
  • You will build strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive sourcing methods.
  • You will maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organisation, providing subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct high-volume recruitment, comfortable managing advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance and on-boarding.
  2. Develop and execute proactive sourcing methods, identifying top talent beyond job boards.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners and stakeholders to understand talent needs, build candidate pipelines and enhance the overall recruitment process.
  4. Leverage various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in internal recruitment, agency or permanent placements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with hiring managers and external vendors.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in on-boarding and calendar coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
