- Maintain and action the Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI).">
- Manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP).">
- Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.">
- Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation.">
- Ensure all documentation meets policy, legislative, and privacy standards.">
What You'll Bring:
">A bachelor's degree in Nursing and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) are essential. Additionally, experience in quality improvement, staff development, and training delivery is required. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills are also necessary. Proven ability to identify and address non-compliance in staff practices, as well as knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes, are highly valued. Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or postgraduate qualification in Aged Care are desirable but not essential.
