Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance leader to spearhead our quality management function and drive business growth through excellence, compliance, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in a senior quality role, with exceptional knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing QA team to ensure the highest quality products and services.
  • Maintain current licenses and accreditations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness.
  • Manage the organization's quality management system, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive projects for continuous improvement and process streamlining.
  • Manage product release activities and customer inquiries related to quality.
  • Conduct annual quality reviews, leading to data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead internal audits and facilitate training programs to promote a culture of quality.
  • Regularly report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in a senior quality management role.
  • Exceptional knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, and industry manufacturing principles.
  • Experience leading process validation and TGA/APVMA audits.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and people influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in the cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in contract manufacturing or a similar environment.
