We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our project delivery team at Clough. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide high-level advice and assistance to stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, issues, and requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to project teams, including employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business outcomes, such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to project teams to enhance their HR knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance issues, in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Support the recruitment and mobilisation process to ensure a smooth transition of new employees into the project team.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a general Human Resources role, preferably in the resources sector.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel to other offices on business trips, if required.
  • Passion for HR and commitment to driving cultural change, learning, and building a strong HR career.
