Business strategy plays a crucial role in the success of any organization. As a Market Controller, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth.

Your expertise in finance and analytics will enable you to make informed decisions that impact key stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also need to have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare timely and standardized monthly/quarterly business performance reports, performing detailed variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Insights: Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues, making recommendations to senior management to optimize business outcomes.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with Finance Director and Service Director of the market and other Services organization stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Take part in annual financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring accurate projections and budgets.
We Believe You Have
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies.
  • A high level of flexibility, analytical, and detail skills.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP, BO) Business Object, Power BI.
  • A good command of English, both oral and written.
  • The ability to work cross-countries and be independent and autonomous.
