Job Title: Village Services Coordinator

St Ives Retirement Living is creating a thriving retirement community where our residents can live their best lives. As a Village Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to our residents.

  • Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors.

  • Support the Village Manager with day-to-day operations and administration.

  • Coordinate reception duties, resident communications, and contractor access.

  • Assist with events, mail distribution, resident onboarding, and safety protocols.

  • Manage accounts receivable/payable, petty cash, and monthly accruals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong Microsoft 365 and administrative capabilities.

  • National Police Clearance & First Aid Certificate (including AED).

  • Experience in similar roles and a proactive, reliable attitude.
