Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support during the peak holiday season.
  • Contribute to creating an engaging and festive store atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and other operational tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility and availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and late nights.
  • A strong team player attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or a valid work permit/visa.
