**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to support the execution of supply chain programs and projects.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Execute supply chain programs and projects under senior program manager guidance, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate program tracking tools and create regular status reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collect and analyze basic supply chain metrics and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing process documentation and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Help monitor program timelines and identify potential risks to ensure proactive mitigation.
  • Support inventory management and supplier relationship activities to maintain optimal stock levels and foster strong partnerships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

2+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination, with a proven track record of delivering results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with Lean principles and DMAIC methodology to drive continuous improvement.

Experience with MS Access and SQL to manage and analyze complex data sets.

Strong requirement gathering skills to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
