Senior Communications Officer: Strategic Engagement Opportunity
">This senior communications role plays a pivotal part in ensuring Tobacco Licensing Victoria's objectives are effectively communicated to diverse stakeholders. It involves developing and implementing strategic communications and engagement plans, creating engaging content to educate stakeholders on licensing requirements and regulatory changes, providing expert advice on stakeholder needs, risks, and messaging strategies, and building strong relationships with internal teams, government partners, and external stakeholders.

">- Prohibit tobacco product sales by unlicensed entities.
- Safeguard licensed retailers and wholesalers.
- Minimise tobacco sale-related risks through enforceable licence conditions.
- Enable efficient regulatory oversight.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement strategic communications and engagement plans supporting Tobacco Licensing Victoria's rollout and long-term success.
- Create clear, accessible content educating stakeholders on licensing requirements and regulatory changes.
- Provide expert advice on stakeholder needs, risks, and messaging strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, government partners, and external stakeholders.
