Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing body and facial treatments, as well as being able to suggest treatment plans for future bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and skin analysis prior to treatments
  • Offer body and facial waxing/tinting services, facial treatments, manicures and pedicures and spa rituals
  • Suggest treatment plans for future re-bookings
  • Deliver massage services to guests using props and/or products
  • Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy
  • Prepare workstations, treatment rooms, and/or drapes
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and/or treatment rooms throughout shifts
Requirements
  • Recent experience as a massage therapist is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and personal presentation standards are required
  • Able to anticipate guest needs and build genuine connections
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV in Massage is preferred
  • Reception experience in a similar environment is highly advantageous
