Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Beauty Therapist Manager to join our clinic located in Main Beach, Gold Coast.


At Maxwells Skin and Body Clinic, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional skincare and beauty treatments with a personalised touch. We're looking for a skilled and motivated professional who is confident in all aspects of beauty therapy and experienced in performing IPL and Electrolysis treatments.


As our Beauty Therapist Manager, you will lead and manage the team of beauty therapists, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining our high standards of client care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a busy clinic environment and enjoys mentoring others.



Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team of beauty therapists to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of client care.
  • Mentor and develop junior therapists in a busy clinic environment.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in beauty therapy services as required, including IPL and Electrolysis treatments.
  • Ensure on-site presence at the Main Beach clinic (full-time).


Qualifications
  • Competency across all beauty therapy services.
  • Proven experience in IPL and Electrolysis treatments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Commitment to excellent client service.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Main Beach clinic.
