Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Consultant to support the delivery of large-scale, purpose-driven initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with diverse professionals to contribute to high-quality client services.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting project execution, monitoring progress, and applying technical expertise to ensure successful delivery. You will also play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and identifying potential opportunities for future engagements.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Supporting internal audit engagements by contributing to audit plans, assessing internal controls, and addressing compliance, financial, operational, and strategic risks aligned with professional standards.
  • Advising clients on understanding and managing business risks, validating critical business information, and staying informed on emerging trends to provide relevant, forward-thinking assurance insights.
  • Building strong client relationships by meeting service expectations and contributing positively to team discussions with energy, fresh ideas, and a collaborative mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, project management, accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CIA, PRINCE2, P3M3, or other project assurance, governance, or risk-related accreditations are highly regarded.
  • Prior experience in risk management, internal audit, risk transformation, policy review, or program/project management, along with a good understanding of project methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong report writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations. Flexibility to travel may be required to meet client needs.
