Transformational IT Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational IT Consultant to join our Canberra, AU team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and execute ICT benchmarking studies, including data collection, validation, and interpretation to compare organisational performance against industry standards.
  • Translate complex statistical findings and benchmarking results into actionable insights and clear recommendations for technology investment, operational improvement, and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and utilise statistical data models, perform analysis and visualisation, and communicate insights to support ICT strategy and transformation.
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to evaluate ICT pricing structures, vendor performance, and commercial outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Consultant or 5 years' experience as a Manager.
  • Familiarity with technology finance principles and pricing mechanisms, including cost modelling, value-for-money assessments, and benchmarking against industry standards.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, ISACA certifications, or Statistical Society of Australia Accreditation.
  • Australian Citizenship and Australian Government Security Clearance.
