Guest Services Associate

Located in Sydney, our hotel offers contemporary living for business and leisure travellers.

Our facilities include an award-winning spa centre, a restaurant, lobby bar, fully equipped fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, as well as eight state-of-the-art meeting rooms.

We are seeking a Full-time Guest Services Associate to join our dedicated team based onsite at the hotel.

As a Guest Services Associate, you will provide a personalised experience during interactions with guests.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Manage all communication regarding guest services for the Hotel.
  • Exhibit high standards of customer service and maximise yield in both occupancy and rates.
  • Maintain accurate records and administer guest services.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications About You:

The ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work onsite on full time basis. Have full working rights in Australia. Ability to work on some Saturdays when required.

Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with hospitality systems are advantageous.
