Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for exceptional customer service to our guests in the over-night shift.
Assist guests with all enquiries made in the overnight shift and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Property facilities and features.Check guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner.Greet all guests that come into contact with the Front Office department in a friendly manner, ensuring that the guest name is used at all times.Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift maintaining an accurate float.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:To be successful in this role you will possess a positive, friendly and can-do attitude.Previous experience working with OPERA cloud, or other PMS systems.You will pride yourself on your excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work a rotating roster with flexible availabilityAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
